3. Cryptocurrency Transactions

3.1 MiXXchange does not ever take custody of your funds, even for a second. MiXXchange is a website that allows you to communicate with other third-party providers. By using these providers. MiXXchange takes absolutely no responsibility for any actions taken by these third parties.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 We cannot be held responsible for any risks connected with using the Website including, among other things, currency and market risks. All sales and transactions after Ours provider Exchange are final.4.2 Any decision made by our provider regarding the refund or the Exchange are final.4.3 We are not liable for the funds transferred to fake phishing websites.
